Guided Exercises to complete in preparation for Life Strat Plan workshop
Welcome to Your Awesome Year!
These are exercises that will help you make the most of the live Life Strat Plan workshop experience.
The workshop can be quite fast-paced (and that is intentional), so completing the activities here BEFORE the live session will really help you deepen the program.
You will be part of a small group and there will be chances to interact, but this journey is very much personal and individual. Its success will really depend on how much you invest of yourself in the process.
Although ideal, these exercises are not intended to be completed in one sitting. Work on it at your own pace.
If you plan to complete this just for compliance, I suggest you don’t do it at all. Work on the exercises inasmuch as they help you deepen your SELF-AWARENESS. The last thing I’d want is to burden you. For me, getting to know yourself better is more important than finishing these exercises. So I will say this: you may skip the exercises that you feel aren’t working for you. Just know that you may encounter some gaps during the workshop.
Having said that, I believe that we gain much from the discipline and practice of reflection and introspection. It’s the stepping stone to clarity. And to have an intentional day, week, month, year and ultimately, an intentional life, we need to be clear about where we are and what we want. I’ve chosen exercises to help you have more of that clarity.
