Hello and welcome!

I am Kitty Dulay-Ferreria and I help people make meaningful progress on what matters most. I'm a self-help and personal development junkie who's mostly an introverted thinker. When I do emerge from the relatively quiet space I enjoy, what I love doing is working with people closely, in ways that help them grow.

I am a wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. I am a professional coach, facilitator, and org development consultant. I am a Filipino. I am a Catholic. These are all me, but not Me at the same time. I wish to grow deeply in each of these aspects of my life.

You're probably here because you, too, want to grow deeply.

Perhaps I'm likely to bump into you on the same shelves at a bookstore, where we try to inhale as much knowledge we can about how to be better in <insert field>.

Perhaps you're looking for a real space to get to know yourself more, or talk about the joys and challenges of finding purpose, being intentional, doing good while doing well, without feeling like you're talking weird about "these things".

I am glad we're coming across each other at this time. Let me help you as you help yourself become more self-aware, grow in the areas you choose, and thrive. The best time to many any meaningful progress toward what matters to you is NOW.

Things I've Learned in my 30s

I believe in working from the inside-out. Inner work--things like discovery, reflection, discernment--count a lot. How we show up on the outside in our roles and the work we do is grounded on our core. It's not easy to get there and work from that place all the time, but it sure is the difference that makes the difference.

I believe in the practice of being intentional in what we think, say, and do. Intentional Living and focusing on the essential is not easy because there are trade-offs to consider, and distractions abound. But being more deliberate and present, we are opened up to a richer, more fulfilling experience.

I believe in taking a mindful pace. I used to think, the quicker, the more efficient, the better. And then I thought that slower is better. Now, I think it depends on the person. We are each built with a unique internal rhythm that allows the best of us to appear. That internal rhythm is that mindful pace and approach to our experiences.
